Asuntomessut is an Annual Finnish Housing Fair showcasing the ongoing and future trends in the housing industry – architecture, building, materials, interior design, furnishing, landscaping. Asuntomessut 2020 is held in Tuusula during 3.-30 August 2020 at the unique Rykmenttipuisto area.
This year the fair is located on the side of the capital city, in Tuusula – a city with rich colorful cultural history. The 50th anniversary fair presents the best aspects of urban living combined with a village-like community where services and neighbors are close by and living is healthy and safe. Also, the importance of art can be seen both in the living environment and inside homes.
The future village town of Rykmenttipuisto offers exceptionally diverse housing solutions from townhouses to detached houses and apartment buildings to be completed at a later stage. The area forms a neighborhood where the needs of different residents are taken into account at every stage of life.

Woodio is a Finnish modern-day interior and design brand that brings together the best of Nordic design traditions and the use of sustainable bio-material innovation in a contemporary way. Today the company has launched the world’s first 100% waterproof solid wood composite toilet seat – Woodio Block – made from real wood chips and advanced resins.
Woodio has been selected for funding by the European Innovation Council (EIC), more precisely by its EIC Accelerator programme. The funding comprises a EUR 2.5 million grant and an option for further EUR 5 million equity financing.
Woodio, a manufacturer of innovative solid wood composite bathroom furniture, continues to strengthen its board. Joakim Westerlund brings manufacturing industry and production development experience to the Woodio Board.
