Woodio & Arteflos exhibition “Modern Forest Will Transform Your Home” is a part of the programme of Helsinki Design Week’s main venue Erottaja 2. The exhibition takes place during 6.9. – 15.9. 2019
Implemented in cooperation by Woodio and floral artist Elina Boström from Arteflos – the Modern Forest Will Transform Your Home installation is a fairytale vision of a modern home by a material technology company and a floral artist as well as a study of our interactive relation to nature.
There are two exhibition levels at the space. One theme is lush and surprising Nordic forest, and the other provides a glimpse of an ecological bathroom in the spirit of Renaissance.
Helsinki Design Week’s DesignPartners19 gathers creatives with much more in common than expected under the same roof. In the hall of the palace, shoe designer meets material supplier, lighting manufacturer meets fashion designer, and furniture company meets chef extraordinaire. Potential partners can meet and present their views and skills in a shared space. The exhibition will be a surprising, memorable experience for all, and each participant’s audience will grow thanks to collaboration.

Hotel Jansen Amsterdam Bajeskwartier is a new hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands, that opened its doors in May 2023. Many of the interior details are locally handmade. The cozy rooms and restrooms of the restaurant are equipped with practical and stylish Woodio washbasins.
The Finnish Forest Association is a co-operation organization for communication about forests that speaks about their sustainable use and invites participation in pluralistic debate about them. Their headquarters are located in Kamppi, at the heart of Helsinki, Finland.
