Woodio products are made-by-order
All Woodio products in the online shop are made-by-order items. This means that products in our online shop stock are not in our immediate stock but are put into production as soon as they are ordered. Our current delivery time is 6 weeks depending on the item and the quantity of you order. Our customer service will get in touch, should the delivery time be longer.
Prices and payment methods
The prices of the products are in euros (EUR) and include the current VAT (24%). Woodio has the right to change prices without prior notice. The price of products already ordered will not change. Possible delivery costs will be added to the order, see delivery cost breakdown when you checkout.
Possible promotions are valid for a limited time specified separately. Discounts or promotions cannot be used afterwards or in advance.
Payment methods
We use a company called Paytrail (Business ID 2122839-7) for payments. You can make a payment with a payment/creedit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or an online payment from a bank account in Finland. In Finland, we also co-operate with credit companies Collector and Jousto. When you use them as an installment payment method, you also agree on their credit terms and conditions.
Paytrail Oyj acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please first contact the website the payment was made to.

VAT and VAT refund
Our shop calculates automatically the Finnish VAT tax 24% on the shop prices. If your delivery address is outside of EU, we will refund this amount back to your card once the order is shipped. You are responsible for all local taxes, customs and other expenses there may be.

Making an order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If you do not receive an order confirmation within three days, please contact us (you may also want to check your junk mail – just in case). After you place your order, we will make sure that all the products you have ordered are available. If any product is not available, we reserve the right to refund or cancel the order.
Leaving valid contact details is important. We will inform you of any changes to the order to the e-mail address and / or telephone number you have left. Woodio is not responsible for any costs or delivery disruptions if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information, does not read the messages we send or does not respond to them.
If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined, you can only use one code at a time.
Woodio is not responsible for any delay, difficulty or delay in the delivery of the order due to a circumstance beyond the influence of Woodio. Finnish law applies to purchases from the Woodio online store. The consumer has the opportunity to refer a possible delivery dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Please note, that if you do not pick up your order or you have given us false shipping address / contact information and the delivery returns back to us, we will charge you all the related shipping costs.
Warranty
We provide our customers with a 5 year warranty on all Woodio products (washbasins and bathtub) for use under our warranty terms. Accessories and samples are not included in the warranty. Please read terms and conditions here.
Exchange and return policy
Woodio offers its customers a 14-day exchange and return policy. An unused product has a 14-day right of exchange and return upon the receipt of the product. In the event of a faulty item, please contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days after receiving the product.
If you want to exchange or return the product, please contact our customer service either by e-mail woodio@woodio.fi or by phone at +358 50 478 2944, and we will make a return request to the carrier on your behalf. Please indicate your contact information, order number, product information and the reason why you want to exchange / return the product in the message. The carrier will then contact you to arrange the pick-up. Refund costs 19.50 euros. In the event of a complaint, we will of course take care of the freight costs.
Returned products must be carefully packed in the original packaging of the product. We recommend that you take care of the product and the accessories, instructions and, of course, the product packaging that come with it until you have decided to keep the product. The buyer is legally liable for impairment if he has taken the product into use.
We also ask that you to carefully retain all return documents until you are notified of the receipt of the return from our customer service. We will refund the price of the returned products using the same payment method as the product was paid for. Please note that we will deduct the return shipping cost EUR 19.50. The return payment will be made in 1-2 weeks after the product is returned. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Other terms and conditions
You need to be over 18 years to make an order.
We do not deliver items for resale purposes through our online shop. If we suspect faul play, we keep the right not to fulfill an order. In this case the order amount is refunded back to the customer. In any possible dispute, the local law in Finland is to be used. If you wish to become a retailer, please see more information here.
